Signing Up

Batter’s Eye uses Clerk for authentication. You can sign up with your Google account or create a dedicated email/password account.

Creating Your Account

1. Visit the app and click Sign In in the top-right corner
2. Choose Continue with Google for the fastest setup, or enter an email and password
3. If using email, you’ll receive a verification link — click it to activate your account

Once signed in, you’ll see your avatar in the header and gain access to all personalized features like league management, watchlists, and push notifications.

What You Can Do Without an Account

The Players page and News feed are fully accessible without signing in. You can browse rankings, filter by position, and view player details — no account required.

What Requires an Account

• Creating or joining a league
• Viewing your team roster and pickup recommendations
• Adding players to your watchlist
• Enabling push notifications
• Submitting feedback
